Statement
My name is Juan Moreno Guzman, and I am currently studying Digital Media Art at San Jose State University. Technology, Graphic Design, Video Games and Fictional Heroes have inspired me to become a digital artist and pursue a path where I can help create and contribute to the creation of a futuristic colorful environment or a digital and fictional world. I always strive to create and design something dynamic, elegant, and powerful, also, I respect, appreciate, and get inspired by all forms of art that make up video games (writing, music, art, design, code, etc.) and I feel like when it comes to artists, not many do. The Digital world inspires me because I can see how humanity continues to evolve through the use of technology and at the same time is able to make it into an artform. My works can also reflect other sources of inspiration, such as those that evoke the feeling of interest and wonder such as outer space. By exploring these different topics of inspiration I hope to improve my Digital art skills in the process and become able to contribute in a society that relies on technology and help it move forward. For my career goals I hope to continue to hone my skills through the use of Digital Media such as coding, graphic and web design, video effects and other mediums. I also want to improve on how to make more dynamic, elegant and powerful designs that can help me achieve a dream of working with Digital Art and new Media that will allow me to contribute in the creation and give life to video games or help the world look more vibrant, colorful and futuristic.
